This roadmap turns a website from a random design into a business growth system: strategy, customer clarity, premium design, working forms, SEO/AEO/GEO, deployment, QA, and post-launch momentum.
Phase 01
Business discovery first.
A website starts with the business problem. Before design begins, identify the client’s customer, offer, location, proof, conversion goal, and what must be true for a visitor to trust the brand.
Phase 02
Turn notes into a customer journey.
The homepage should guide visitors through a clear path: understand, trust, explore, decide, and convert. Every section should answer a real customer question.
Phase 03
Design for trust, not clutter.
The site should feel premium, clean, readable, and appropriate to the industry. Images must be sharp, sections must breathe, and mobile layout must look intentional.
Phase 04
Choose the simplest stack that fully supports the job.
Static HTML/CSS/JS is perfect for lean service sites. React/Vite is useful for reusable components, catalogs, filters, and app-like interactions. Next.js or full-stack is for dynamic routes, databases, auth, and API needs.
Phase 05
Build for search, AI answers, and local visibility.
Every launch should include technical SEO, answer-ready content, local service-area language, structured data, sitemap, robots, image alt text, and useful FAQ content.
Phase 06
Forms must work, not just look good.
Quote and contact forms need correct markup, labels, required fields, a spam trap, and a real thank-you page. After deployment, submit a live test and confirm notifications.
Phase 07
Test before the client sees it.
QA protects the brand. Check desktop, mobile, links, images, forms, thank-you page, console errors, SEO tags, sitemap, robots, and deployment settings.
Phase 08
Turn launch into ongoing growth.
After launch, the website becomes the hub for Google Business updates, social posts, before/after content, landing pages, review graphics, SEO expansion, and monthly reporting.
