Website Launch Package
Clear terms before we build.
These terms apply to the fixed-price $999 Website Launch Package. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms below.
Price and payment
The total package price is $999. A $499 project-start deposit is due to reserve the project. The remaining $500 is due after approval of the final build and before production launch or domain handoff.
The $499 project-start deposit is non-refundable once work begins because it reserves production time and covers work performed.
Package scope
The package includes up to 5 standard pages, or an equivalent approved scope, a custom responsive design, a contact or quote form, baseline on-page SEO, deployment, launch QA, and one consolidated revision round.
Ecommerce, custom CRM/software, customer portals or logins, advanced booking, custom automation, and larger sites are outside this fixed package and require a custom scope.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing final logos, photos, service or business information, contact details, and any required account or domain access needed to complete the project.
The project timeline pauses when required client materials, approvals, or access are outstanding.
Timeline
The typical launch window is 7–14 business days after all required content and assets are received. The timeline does not begin on the payment date unless all required materials have already been provided.
Revisions and scope changes
One consolidated revision round is included. Additional revisions, open-ended changes, or work outside the approved package may require an additional quote and may extend the timeline.
Any added scope must be approved before the additional work begins.
Cancellation and inactivity
If the client cancels after work begins, the $499 deposit remains earned for reserved time and work performed. Any payment beyond the deposit for work not delivered will be handled based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
If the client becomes unresponsive or stops providing required materials, the project will pause. The original turnaround window no longer applies when the project resumes.
Domain, hosting, and third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, and other recurring third-party fees are separate unless explicitly included in writing. Wavy Sites can assist with setup and connection.
