Business CRMs & automation
A CRM built around how your business actually runs.
When leads live in an inbox, quotes in spreadsheets and the schedule in someone's head, things slip. Wavy Sites builds custom CRMs and automations that keep every lead, job and payment in one system your team will actually use.
When does a business need a custom CRM instead of an off-the-shelf one?
When your process doesn't fit the template: catering events with venues and menus, construction projects with subcontractor insurance to track, or quotes that need to flow into scheduling and payments. Off-the-shelf tools are a fine start. A custom CRM makes sense once you're paying for workarounds such as duplicate data entry, missed follow-ups or a spreadsheet on the side.
What gets automated
Real examples from systems Wavy Sites has built
- Website inquiries land in the CRM as tracked leads, with no copying and pasting from an inbox (The Chef CRM).
- Approved quotes move straight onto a shared calendar, with a revenue view tied to what was quoted and paid (The Chef CRM).
- Clients pay deposits and balances through Stripe against their booking (The Chef CRM).
- Every subcontractor's insurance is tracked certificate by certificate, with expirations surfaced early (Vertical Ops).
- An activity log records every action, and a full audit package exports as one organized ZIP (Vertical Ops).
How it's built
Scoped around your workflow, delivered in stages
- Discover: we map how work moves today: who does what, where data lives, and where things get dropped.
- Architect: we decide what to build and what to keep using, so you don't pay to rebuild tools that already work.
- Build: modern web technology (Next.js, a managed database, Stripe for payments), delivered in usable stages.
- Launch and grow: we import your existing records, hand the system over, and keep improving it as you use it.

Hospitality & catering
The Chef Catering CRM
A catering business needed more than a menu and a contact form — every inquiry had to become a tracked booking, quoted, scheduled, and paid, without manual re-entry. Wavy Sites built a full operational CRM behind the public site: leads, clients, events, venues, quotes, a calendar, revenue tracking, Stripe payments, and an internal AI assistant.

Vertical Ops
A licensed Florida general contractor needed more than a lead-gen site — subcontractor insurance certificates, estimates, and scheduling were scattered across spreadsheets and email. Wavy Sites built Vertical Ops: an internal CRM and compliance center tracking leads, projects, estimates, invoices, scheduling, and subcontractor insurance records in one place.

Questions clients ask
Answers before you hire.
How much does a custom CRM cost?
It depends on how many workflows, users and integrations it needs. Custom software is quoted after a short discovery call, so you know the agreed price before any work begins.
Can the CRM connect to my website forms?
Yes. In The Chef CRM, every public inquiry lands directly in the CRM as a tracked lead with its own client and event records.
Can customers pay deposits through the system?
Yes. The Chef CRM takes deposits and balances through Stripe, attached to each booking, so payment status is never chased by hand.
Can you move us off spreadsheets without losing data?
Yes. Importing your existing records is planned as part of the scope (Vertical Ops, for example, includes a lead import). Very large migrations are scoped separately.
Do I own the software?
Ownership, source-code access, hosting and any third-party licenses are defined in the project agreement before work starts.
