A project starts only when both parties agree to its scope and terms in writing (or, for the Website Launch Package, when the deposit is paid under the Website Launch Package Terms). Estimates and timelines are not binding until confirmed for your specific project.

Filter Engine is offered in early access. Features are labeled Confirmed, Beta or Planned on its page; beta and planned features may change, and availability on specific platforms is confirmed per creator before purchase.

Portfolio and content

The site's design, text, and code belong to Wavy Sites unless stated otherwise. Client projects shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission. Software visuals marked “illustrative mockup” use sample data and do not show real customer information.

Third-party links and services

The site links to client websites and third-party services (such as Stripe checkout). We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

This section applies only to your use of wavysites.com. Services we provide under separate terms or a written agreement, such as the Website Launch Package Terms or a signed project agreement, are governed by those documents, not by this section.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wavy Sites LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
