Website case study · Pool resurfacing · Port Charlotte, FL
Community Pools LLC.
Win back pool resurfacing and repair leads from competitors with stronger web presence.

The objective
What needed to change
Community Pools LLC, a licensed pool contractor in Port Charlotte, was losing pool resurfacing and repair leads to competitors with a stronger web presence. Resurfacing had no real page of its own, several service-area pages weren't linked anywhere, and the FAQ, the site's biggest content asset, was rendering mostly unstyled.
The system
What Wavy Sites built
- A rebuilt homepage that opens with a real project photo and a “What's going on with your pool?” quick-pick that starts a free quote.
- A services hub with 14 pool services, each on its own page, and a dedicated pool resurfacing page comparing plaster, quartz and pebble finishes.
- A resurfacing cost guide with published market ranges, clearly labeled as guidance rather than a quote.
- Service-area pages for the 11 Charlotte, Sarasota and Lee County communities the company serves, all linked from a locations hub.
- A 60-second Pool Health Check that recommends a service and pre-fills the 3-step quote form.
- Before-and-after sliders built from the company's real projects.
- Mobile call and quote buttons that stay within reach, and the license number on every page.
- One site-wide structured-data graph for the business, its services, breadcrumbs and FAQs, plus clean canonical URLs, a branded 404 page and a new sitemap.
The experience
What's inside
- 01
Every service, its own page
Repair, resurfacing, weekly cleaning, green pool recovery, leak detection, equipment, heaters, pumps, salt systems, automation and more, each with a direct answer up top and links to related services.
- 02
Every service area, linked
Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Venice, Englewood and six more communities, each reachable from the locations hub and the service pages.
- 03
Proof owners can see
Tabbed before-and-after sliders from real resurfacing, green-pool, deck and equipment jobs, instead of stock or generated imagery.
- 04
A faster path to a quote
The Pool Health Check and the quick-pick card both feed the quote form, so owners start with their problem rather than a blank form.
The capability
What this proves
A local service business site that answers the questions pool owners ask before they call (what it costs, whether you serve my area, what the work looks like) and turns that interest into quote requests.
